OUR COMPANY IN REVIEW

ABOUT US

Scotto and Fratini Company was established in February 1983 by two young men who took over an old company and transformed it into a new one. Roberto and Massimo trusted each other and, starting from a small space on Via Garibaldi, began laying the foundation for what is now their company.

Their journey began with the installation of electrical systems in the civilian sector, later specializing in the industrial sector.

Over the years, the company has grown, with an increase in staff, acquisition of new clients and projects, leading to relocations to larger premises—first on Via San Matteo, then Via Dell'Industria, and finally to the current, definitive location in the industrial zone of Livorno on Via Nicolodi.

The current facility can be described as their dream come true, originating from land acquired through a municipal tender in Livorno.

Every detail was imagined, studied, and meticulously planned, witnessing its realization day by day until its completion.

Currently, the team consists of 27 people, including 2 owners, 3 employees, 2 warehouse workers, 18 workers, and a technical office with our collaborator, a registered professional, and an electrical engineering expert with extensive experience in the field.

The presence of the technical office allows us to execute projects, technical documentation, and verify electrical systems and panels through interaction with our clients. The company is also equipped with vehicles, tools, and personnel to operate at both regional and national levels, with 24/7 availability.

The strength of Scotto and Fratini lies in the trust and collaboration among employees and owners. This is the reason the company celebrates its 40th anniversary.

THE HISTORY

Livorno The company, founded in 1983, the year the first mobile phone was released and the Swatch watch trend began, celebrates 40 years. Massimo Scotto and Roberto Fratini started from a space on Via Garibaldi, passing through Via San Matteo in Fiorentina, Via dell'Industria, and ending up at the current and final headquarters on Via Nicolodi, in Picchianti.

A dream come true for two entrepreneurs who started with much sacrifice and now have 25 employees, including three employees, two warehouse workers, 18 workers, and a highly experienced technical office in systems installation.

With these numbers, Scotto and Fratini is now a leading company in its sector for creating industrial systems, capable of operating at both regional and national levels, with 24/7 availability. But it is also a truly large extended family. A phrase often overused but fitting this time, as evidenced by the employees' decision to buy a page in our newspaper to thank the two owners on this special day.

A cute and not obligatory way chosen to show their gratitude for the reality that the founders have managed to create, "made of employment for others and where the worker feels part of a project," say the employees. Some of whom started at the beginning of the venture, others joining later, like Miss Erica Lepri, who has been with the team for about a decade.

"We want to express our gratitude for the collaboration built over the years," wrote the workers in a dedication that seems to come from a Christmas movie. "It has been an incredible journey, and we cannot help but reflect on the many achievements and challenges we have overcome together. We know that the success of Scotto and Fratini is the result of the hard work and dedication of all of us, and we are proud to be part of this extraordinary corporate family, where relationships forged are not just professional but have become personal.

There have been difficulties, but thanks to your guidance, we have overcome obstacles and kept our goals in sight.

We joined this group as young individuals, growing with you in every aspect. For this, we thank you for trusting us and giving us the opportunity to make all our projects come true."

"The group has grown with the right spirit, and each of us has contributed, knowing that the sacrifice of staying at work an extra hour, marked as overtime, not only goes into the paycheck but often serves to fulfill orders and uphold the good name of a brand that would like to grow even more," is the feeling that, according to the workers, marks the time inside the Livorno company.

"By now, we have learned to know you, and every argument is just love growing," they wrote in their dedication to the two owners in the Tirreno. Who, in front of the enormous table, took inspiration from the surprise read in the newspaper in the morning to thank everyone. Confessing, in front of the giant cake with the company logo, to be taken aback and admitting to being a bit moved.
